The Perfect Smoothie
If you’re looking for a quick and easy smoothie recipe that will get you out the door in minutes yet provide you with a burst of energy and a load of nutrition, this is it. Smoothies are great for people that are on the go as they clean up quickly, are super portable, they’re good for you and refreshing too.
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup strawberry flavored yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar (optional)
- 1 cup milk
Combine all ingredients in your blender. Blend until desired thickness. Enjoy.
